In the event of any problem or concerns regarding your investment, please contact us directly so that it can be resolved as quickly as possible. The Society has developed and implemented a complaints handling process, which will ensure that your problem is addressed and reviewed and the Society will undertake steps to allay your concerns.

However if you are still dissatisfied, the Society is a member of the Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited (FICS). You may contact FICS directly and they will independently investigate your complaint with the aim of resolving the matter amicably.
