Ingoing Contribution – Units
The Village is operated on a resident funded basis whereby residents make an interest free loan to IOR Community Care which has provided funds to build the Village. In return the IOR Community Care Board undertakes, by means of a Loan/Lease Agreement, to provide care and accommodation for the resident until such time as the resident leaves the Village. The scale of deduction will be fully explained by contacting the Village management.
