We do not generally collect information that is regarded as sensitive under the Privacy Act 1988 such as information regarding your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs unless you have expressly consented to such collection. We collect health information where we provide nursing and/or aged care services to our residents who have also granted their consent. We do not use or share that information for any other purpose other than in the case of an emergency.

you have expressly or impliedly consented to its use or disclosure
the use/disclosure is related to the purpose of collection and you would reasonably expect us to use or disclose it in such a way or

We make every effort to ensure the security of personal information we hold. We try to ensure that personal information we collect, disclose and use is complete and accurate. We destroy or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed.
